Yo guys been a while since ive been on this form, or a pc for that matter. So here's the story.. i used to have a.

Asus A8R32 MVP Deluxe
AMD x2 4200+ (@ 3.0Ghz)
Corsair XMS DDR400 @ DDR 466 3-3-3-8

I stumbled upon the sales classified ads on AVForums and thought i would give it a try buying bearly used sometimes brand new second hand pc parts..

So i went ahead bought my self a

Asus Pk5 Vanilla ( 775 Intel ) Board = £35
Corsair XMS2 DDR800 5-5-5-15 2x1 GB = £25
Intel Core2Duo E4400 @ 2.0GHZ £40
Zalman 9700 NVidia Edition cooler = £25

= £125 all in for what i got.

Then went on to sell my old parts once i took reciept of the new ones

AMD x2 4200+ Sold for £35
Old Asus onboard GFX mobo sold for £20
Old ATI x700 GFX Card sold for £10
Corsair XMS DDR400 2x1GB sold for £25
ATM Still selling Asus A8R32 MVP Deluxe ( hope to get £30 )

= £120 all in if i sell mobo for £30.. should get that no prob tho.

So in essence i got the PC upgrade right now for £35.. if or when i sell mobo.. £5/10.

Now for the differences..

That Orthos only shows 5 mins, that was my basic 5 min torture test to get things goin, it passed a full 24hours then after never budging above 60 heat wise.. so deffo still some room in that proc yet but as it stands im very pleased to use this 24/7 stabily.

Now this isnt an avert for AVForums or anything dont take it like that, this is just an eye opener to anyone like myself likes to build pcs to see what they can get out of them.. have a little fun, then move on and try something new... this is the best place i have found for this kind of thing. And as you can see the results speak for themself really.. money well spent.. plus just kinda showin off my cheap ass ownage pc =) ( Dont come at me with your ****ty Quad cores and E8400 4.0GHZ OC's.. MINE COST ME A LOT LESS =D )
