Need help

Hey guys anyone able to help me i've tried to log in to several server nothing happening... i d/l the exe stuff i all i get is my screen the game not loading up but when i try to open the exe again say already running and i get it at bottom of my task bar pick of the woman anyone able to help me out?

check your directx settings, make sure directdraw is on.

Ok i tried all of this but when i log the exe.. before i can do anythink comes up with Method 'Scroll' not supported by automation object, might this be problem with it not to sure what it means... anyone?
