Hey Hey Comeon they also added a green straw shoe

Tbh it all looks like an event since the shoe is level 0 to wear and has quite nice stats from what I seen

I would imagine, Adobe PhotoShop.

PaintShopPro, PhotoShop, Corel paint programs also work well. Would have took them like 1 day to recolour those mobs lol if that ><
