The pvp system is amazing not just down to power it's now back to skill and it's about bloody time someone set up pvp for skill, balancing of the classes it's just bang on enjoyed the say these guys took this n went with the idea n stuck it out wasnt simple but as a group we all gave the input to the game they took it n made the best of all the input from the testers and there own idea n was never afraid to try some of the hard choices and run with it for a bit if it worked it stayed if not it got adjusted.

Hand down as good as the extreme team for taking advice and criticism and doing what's best for the server, ( didnt play the mir servers was part of there minecraft development team)

Yeah first months and then? I hope balance can last longer than a moment till players GET ****EN HIGH ZIRCON LIKE SHITE LEVELS!

the balance has been tested from level 1 to end game levels, its stable, :) the alot of the spells code been split for pvp/pve damage we can control them without effect pve etc or other way round so i hope this helps :)

We would like to introduce the return of Olymp


A brief history of Olymp, it all started in 2001 when TritoN brought Olymp to life in the MSRF version of mir3, in 2004 switched over to the JoB Version hitting 250+ users, server
went under another major version shift in 2010 to 3.55 version of mir3 were the user count was still strong with 100+(when Triton handed the project over to myself and 2 others
but shortly we managed to keep the user count steady to late 2015 when we reached a limit no more could be added so we decided to close the server in 2016. but we made a promise to the players Olymp would return when newer files with no limitations were released and now here we are honoring that promise !

Here is some of the stuff we have changed/added

Custom Exp table - (around the medium rate exp lower tier)
New aggro System to enhance group play
Total re balancing of all classes
job/3g maps both are used
complete custom items db made
New refine system
New item level up system
Wings
Costumes
Emblems with glows that change colour with element type
A lot of the spells and ability's returned to how they was on old mir3
Bosses unique AI ability's to give much more challenge
Pk death drop always on, no way to turn off how its meant to be
Old Hermit System
Element attack/defense reworked
Pigs and stats reworked for balance
Custom Hp and mana pools for balance
Old Rose system
Curse system back added so when pk you can curse again

Snow Tower (custom maze added)
Serpent Valley mine (mining zone) only place u can mine on the server
Ancient Bichon (job bichon)
Ancient mudwall
Taosung
and many more maps added that lead to many interesting areas
The higher you go in a cave the higher xp and drops you receive


Cube System removed
Lost lands removed
ive playd the open beta for this game and it runs so smooth... I cant wait for live!! so hyped for it!!! done a good job GM,S keep it up!!!!

Xtreme team, the same couple that scammed £5 out of a load of people?

ZenX actually did split the PvP/PvE tables already, doesn't seem like any other servers opted to do it however, but it did work well and makes balancing classes much simpler without sacrificing difficulty of mobs etc.

With all the low effort servers coming out no wonder why people stop playing after a few weeks.

Could always just delete them :D nobody would notice if you culled all the obvious cash cows, not like we look at them anymore lol.

doubt they coded tables of each spell for PVE/PVP (how zenx has)

they probably just did a check of target and a (int)(power *1.0F) base and if target was mob ... 0.7F.
which becomes unstable when you use a mass skill hitting a monster/player same time ex Tempest.

Expected more than a job of altering stats in database, but i guess its a hobby for them.
