- Startt off a new document:
• 500 x 500
• Black Background
- Filter > Sketch > Note Paper with the default settings.
- Now press your G key and copy the below Gradient settings
- Now just go ape **** with the gradient, maybe 20 thin and thick bursts everywhere, whatever, go nuts, with a bit of look you should end up with something like this:
- Filter > Distort > Ripple with the default settings.
- Duplicate Layer and set the Blending Mode to Lighten.
- On the new layer, Filter > Distort > Wave with the following specs:
- Now return to your first layer and Filter > Distort > Wave using....
- CTRL + E.
- Duplicate Layer again, set the Blending Mode to Lighten.
- On the newest layer Filter > Distort > Polor Coordinates.
• Polar to Rectangular.
- Filter > Distort > Wave....
- CTRL + E followed by CTRL + I.
- Duplicate Layer and set the Blending Mode to Hard Light.
- Edit > Transform > Rotate 180º.
- ok now we're going to add some colours to both layers.
- On the top layer, press CTRL + U and with these settings:
- Now for the bottom layer, press CTRL + U and use these please:
- CTRL + E.
- Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur:
• Radius: 3.0 pixels.
- Edit > Fade Gaussian Blur:
• Opacity: 100%
• Mode: Vivid Light.
