Problem accessing a site...

Well i only know of 2 people not being able to get on this site http://91.193.128.27/reg.php (its only for a droiyan server). The 2 of us that can't both have a router, so im guessing its something to do with our settings, but im puzzled how it works fine for most people but we are having this problem of not being to access it.

I'm guessing you have to your router settings page, which for me is 192.168.2.1 as im using belkin, then goto the side and it should say there, it says for be but might be different for you if you've got different router, g/l anyhoo

webserver log... all web server has a log thingy.
so did you find out there ip?

do a tracert too.

EDIT: ok i found out how to make it so people can ping me, i still cant see the site tho, for some reason when i open some ports it doesn't seem to actually open them.

if they can ping you or tracert you, they should be able to connect your web server...

your next task is to ask your friends to open CMD and run this...
telnet 91.193.128.27 80
If they get blank screen = means connect.

Okay... try ping the server

ping 91.193.128.27

try also ping another server beside it..
ping 91.193.128.26 (works for me)
ping 91.193.128.1 (works for me)

if 91.193.128.27 is the only one timing out.. then they blocked you.

if you get all timeout, then do this
tracert -d 91.193.128.27

paste your result.

Only 91.193.128.27 doesn't reply from pings, the other 2 ping fine.
