ok, i admin 4 server, the stats are

EXP : 9TIMES but some mobs got mashed up but now fixed to avrage

Item Stats : Verry High, 50-100 Norm (Might make lower tho)

Start Level : 15 ( was going to be higher but would be lame)

Number of items : 30 (makin more tho)

Patches needed : Fernys E.I MOBS
Fernys E.I ITEMS

Rares : Rares are questr / Event only stuff so you can only get them from Event mob Drops or Quest Drops.

Quests : You Can Only Do Each Quest ONCE, There Will Be Only 3 Quests At 1st but we will make more.

Events : Only Certian gms will be allowed to hold events. LOGS WILL BE CHECKED!

so the only way u can get rares are from quests and events? so if i killed a zt it woulndt drop rares?

lol, no, i ment that the rares that i made will be only droped by GM EVENT and Quests.
