sigh, need help

Okie, par usual, i get to character selection, choose my character and the screen goes black when i hit start, my friend checked my files, said everything is running fine, so, anyone got a clue why it isn't working because seeing a black screen constantly is peeving me off just a beeeeet.

Im having the exact same problem, its realying anoying me too, i get that far then find a big black screen in my way of freedom in 1.9, so yea could someone plz hurry up and find us a sollution plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Theres only 2 possible problems to cause this a wrong IP or you aint done the reg server bit

This is gona make me look n00bie, but i dont know bout 1.9 files as iv only just decided to start a 1.9 server, so hey what is the reg server bit?

I've tried every ip that this forum has given, i've even done my own, i've checked every ip address, even had my friend check them, so, explain some more...

Okie yay solved it, screw all the 127.0.0.1 crap, and fill in your ip, run your 3in1 and bam, your ingame

could u explain that a little more cos im still stuck and i think im nearly at the stage of jumping of a cliff, so hey plz help

Check all files for 127.0.0.1 and replace with your ip, game should let you in then
