My comp seems to be getting slower,its got so bad that when i play mir its like playing in matrix mode(propper slugish). Ive scanned for the ususal spyware/virus's ect but come up with sweet FA. Is there anyway i can do a system wipe of some kind without my win xp disk,ive sort of lost it -.-

go to task manager, check processes running, if anything like svchost is using 90+% of your system - that's the problem.

Do you have norton antivirus by any chance? norton antivirus is scanning each file that you start on the computer at one of his versions at least, so it will slow your computer like hell, because every file working getting scanned. It could be also other anti viruses, so the question is did you change anti virus lately?

I am able to play mir3 with 350 Mhz p2 computer with 256 MB ram, so I highly doubt that his computer spec is the prob...
