Release Try to open a server

Hello everyone, this is a Chinese-style server file. If you want to experience the Chinese style mir, please follow the instructions I made. But I don't know if the program supports operating systems in other countries. let us try！！

If you want to successfully allow the server program, you need to download three files.
一、DBC database
Database download address：

DBC_2000.EXE

If you download finish and then
1.The first step is to install the database
1) Install the DBC2000 database (always click on the next step)
2) Open the control panel after the installation is complete


After the database installation is complete, let's run the server program.
First decompress the server program "Mirerver" and copy it to the D drive.
Run GameCenter.exe


The server is running successfully, then you can log in to the game
Unzip the client file, find "Lomcn.exe", open it

They are most probably Delphi based source, with a ton of issues and cheats.

Thank you for doing the tutorial work, but that's all too much work for me
I like the UI and graphic too, spells look good too

If anyone tries and is not an expert at these things -

that file BD admin ctrl panel needs to be run from its 'home' location [C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE] because you need to right click it and run it as admin (which you can't do if you access ctr panels from a menu as I do), else it won't save at the end.
BTW DBC2k install also needs to be run as admin.

At the end, I run Lomcn.exe but cannot (or don't know how to) launch the client. The big circle button at lower right in the launcher panel is not active (only other two active buttons open a webpage and setting for client respectively), also when I run the Lomcn.exe, it gets moved from the client up into D:\ root into some chinese named folder, also one .ini file and some .pak files are copied there. Not sure what to think of it. When the launcher is run from the Lomcn.exe in that new location, the 'Start' button is not active either.
