VB6 - Reading and Writing *.dbf & *.nsx files

As title really, I have some dBase files that I want to read and edit outside of the main program that uses them.

I am confident with VB6 (never used VB.net) and I can read and write to SQL & Access, but I am struggling with dBase files with a *.nsx index file.

Anyone have any code that will suit these file formats?
