[King] Weather and VoodooDoll

Hi all

I'm still after the correct SQL database entry for voodooDoll if anyone has it.
Can anyone confirm weather working on King either, mine doesn't work, even though I fixed its routing on default txt and modified the source file

Think Twister said he has the working line for Voodoo, but its been 2 months and he hasn't posted it.

Unfortunately there are evry few people using kings and those who are seem to be refusing to help the community. You will jsut have to be patient and try and bump the threads and hopefully someone will eventually answer

Voodoodoll should work fine, remember it is only a spell that you cast on players or mobs to reflect damage back at them. If you move it does not work (I think) and if you kill whatever you spawned it on it disappears.

Thats how it works on official (scarecrow on there). Except it doesnt reflect damage, you have to destroy the puppet by hitting it with your sword which then effects the user it was cast on

Strange with the files I made english, Magic and Physical damage reflected. Only thing I can say to people is to use the 2005 databases.

oh yeah magic damage does work but if i remember correctly magic damage only transfers about 30% of the damage or something, whereas DC attacks transferred 100%. whatever the number was it was useless

The database i have is 2005, if u put scarecrow in ur stres txt, the spell gives u a normal scarecrow monster. What it needs is the correct race etc. Did some experiments but it was too hard to work out.

That, weather, bugbat maggot and player knock back are the only things stopping king files from being awesome.

thats the line from my server and it works fine there
100% of the tao's damage is transfared magic and with sword
around 10% of any other dmg is transfared

Yeahi was sjut explaining as it is on official, i know alot of the kings spells vary alot from official
