Other What are the major differences between 2005 philippine code and 2009 philippine code?

As the title indicated, i have found that the cpu usage of M2server from 2009 phi code is way lower than 2005 phi code, also, the structure and code of 2009 phi has been modified as well. Does anyone know if these modifications were officially made? or?
