sorry for the downtime earlier today I had to take server off to put the forums online.

I dont know why they dont appear on the bottom of Task Manager but CPU usage averages 30-40% memory also around 40% and number of processes is 54.

specs are all in the screeny, dualcore 2.80ghz processors + 4gb ram

I dont know what is cauding the lag, the times I have logged on it has been fine >< its maybe something to do with the saveddb error Im getting I dont know, maybe it was because the server has been running for over 4 days without reboot, I have just rebooted so we will see if it changes...

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard I have also tried it on Windows Server 2003 and I get the same DBServer is fine it does not give any errors just Connected as normal. :/

I have been doing some work on the server, I took the gates down to allow mobs to spawn before people log in. the tao pets are fine I am not making them so they can easily kill every mob, they are there to support and they do that fine. The server will be back online in 5-10 mins

Back online, took it down for an hour for some upgrades.

Apologies the server rebooted itself last night after installing windows updates, I have changed it to manual updating to avoid this happening again. Server is back online.

How did you fix it? Other people might benefit from your answer.

sounds like it could be your antivirus blocking the exe, try changing the permissions of your antivirus / firewall adding the Lost World folder so that it is is in the safe list or exclusions list and then re-downloading the exe

you will need the full client >< 2.3 exes dont work on 2.6 servers
