Just wondering if someone could slam me together a PC tower, no monitor or anything, with a 350 pound budget? It's for my bro, he's only gonna be using it for playing CSS really, just wants the best he can get for that budget. All from one website if possible.

The reliability of Hiper PSU's are very poor, choose a vx450w or something. and theres no Hard Drive.
My mate's selling custom PC's cheap cause he's found a factory supplier, PM if you want some info.
hyper is great me and all my clan buddys have used Hyper type R for 3-4 years and its still running fine

Ive had 3 hiper PSU's and all failed on me, theyre not as good as Corsair PSU's for the price. Same with alot of people on another forum i visit.
