£800 pound to spend on a pc for use with audio equipment

As it says i wanna make a pc to create tunes using qbass. i would like to use my keyboard with it, im doing so now but need better pc. usually i would just go with anything amd and an msi MB but im not sure stick with amd or go with intel. some suggestions would be very welcome with quotes from english sites thx.

Edit: Note the lack of optical/magnetic drives.

I would STRONGLY recommend you salvage any of these components from your current PC. While the cost of new parts isn't high, it still cuts into your budget unecissarily.
