I want to know, where I change the number of points in sql command HLSCRIPTCMD SETPOINT and HLSCRIPTCMD SETPOPULARITY ?

Yes but not is same, setpoint to setpopularity ->

setpopularity is in -> TBL_CHARACTER, and is individual character.
SETPOINT is in -> CRUELDRAGON3GBASEDATA, and is account points.

SETPOINT is in -> CRUELDRAGON3GBASEDATA: I found it(HL_JiFen), but I change the amount, the game does not change, I logout pj in the game Crueldragon gets me the points I had before

make sure when u enter the points into the db the account is inactive.

Once you have added, make sure the db is closed or you have moved from the character's information line.

Log in & you should be ok.
