1st time using mir3 server

I need help. I need to start a new mir3 private server for my own personal use for testing out refines and stuff because i play mir3europe. So can anyone tell me what i need.
e.g
Serverfiles
do i need the same client
if anyone has a fullproof guide that would be helpful
(i was looking at the guides they are all down)

server is not the same as euro one.. if you really want to setup a server... please goto the first time server help forum instead...

there's no full proof guide for the latest server. there is a full guide on LS one.
