I always thought that it was @recallmob (mobname) then say 8 < < amount you get or put level 8 and get a level 8

but that may just be me :S iv'e been back with 1.9 for a while sorry

while m2server is running, at top of m2server, click options, click commands on menu options, then select gmcommands and it lists what
all the commands are.
the one you want is
@recallmob <mobname> <amount> <level> level can be 1-9
