a tutor (programming)

does eny on this forum know how to program using c++ c# or most of all blitz basic?, ive been playing around wid blitz basic as i wanna be a programmer like my dad but id find it easyier if sum1 wud tutor me at any time , like 7pm or sumthing (only to ask sumthing like , what shud i do if i wanted a image to touch and make a noise, by the way thts imagecollide )

Not to stump your request for help (I hope you can get it), but... since your Dad's a programmer it kinda begs the question - why don't you ask him? One to one 'real' support will be far better than any MSN based tutorage surely.

Most people I've talked to seem to come into programming from COBOL (they all have beards!, no joke) or Visual Basic backgrounds (also says something about the type of people I talk to). So I guess that would be a good place to start, with progression into a .Net language or Java (insanely popular at universities for some reason).
