[CD3.55] Account creation through launcer

I don't have web hosting. I read somewhere that you can set it up so, if you want to create an account you can just do it through the launcher?

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this please.

if you start the server with regserver instead of mirlogin you will be able to make accounts through luncher>

here you have example of settings for the HL_RegServer.ini:
