Does anyone know how to transfer (Character Data) database from 1.9 to 2.3 server?

the chinese know how to do it aswell but they wont relese anything for it either,
I do know a lot of people would like this as they would love to keep chars and accounts from 1.9 and transfer them over to DM2 files.
so if anyone knows anything or a way to convert them please release...

That wouldn't help any.. im pretty sure that would be used for online sql statistics.. if u ever played Fantasy Mir3 that's an example of what i'm talking about.

The .db files for 1.9 don't have the right coding to be transferred directly to 2.3/dm2. If you did it would have all sorts of error's..

for when dm2 is functioning correctly and to have an effortless way to transfer 1.9 accounts to 2.3 server, especially if you have a server that has a good exp level and a good community that dont and shouldnt need to restart again from the start.

thats why
