[2.3] Accuracy Bonus Point Cap 255? [2.3]

Heyas having a problem, players that add more than 255 to accuracy are having their accuracy reset to 0 and the points dissapear.

It was setup as tinyint in the database which has a max of 255 whole numbers so i've tried smallint and int however it is still doing the same thing..

Anyone have any idea whats happening or maybe if there is something else i must do?

its coded to only go up to 255 then reset, unless u have the code (bein 2.3, u wont have) u cant fix or change it. same will happen to agility btw
