[CD3.55] Add more delay in @! msg

I need add more delay in @! (Admin msg) ; Linemsg [Grobal] .

Any know what i need change in CruelDragon.ini?

Sorry mate, not sure I understand

@! message is a GM doing it, just don't do it as much.

Linemsg is done via script? again, don't do it as often.

I add in server script (ex. 00default) Linemsg and it is identic to @! -> but msg is very fastest for lecture.

Nearest thing you can do is repeat the message I think, since it is a set message in 00default.
