[CD3.55] Add stats to item

Hello, I've been looking for a command, but I have not managed to find it.
We are looking for a command to climb stats (0, +1, +2 or +3) for a ring, necklace, bracelet or town
and that an opportunity to fail, all that in exchange for an''X''item.
Someone could put a simple example, that in exchange for an item I raise a stat randomly anywhere on my computer (alsorandomly).
