Adding a flash to my site.

Ive made a flash movie and would like to add it to my site, how do i do this?

I have the .ini file could someone please help.

Well it has to go somewhre in the root folder then in dreamweaver just
Insert>Media>Flash once you clicked where you want it..

I dont have dreamweaver is there a downloader anywhere ?

Just download the trial the get a key from ones of those websites..
