"IPv4 Address. . : 169.254.194.67"

This IP means you got problem! I think computers get it by default when they can't connect to get 'real' IP or something like that.

-----------------------------------------------------

Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.0.0

Normally this should be tripple '255' (255.255.255.0) but not sure what type of network you're in.

-----------------------------------------------------

Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :

And youre missing gateway IP (as you say), normally should be your router IP, I think this would be filled in automatically if your PC could connect to your router and get IP via DHCP which it obviously is not getting, that's why you end up with 169... IP which is some fall back PCs get when they can't get IP from DHCP server which should run on your router.

I'd check if network wires are plugged in, router powered up, maybe 'disable' adapter and re-enable it, that resets it, but is the same as rebooting comp. However I think problem will be with your router.

If this is the PC you intend run mir server from, it should have static IP anyway (or reserved IP from DHCP)

You could give the computer static IP in its adapter settings ('property' of the network adapter) where among other you enter your router IP manually as gateway
