Heroes Banning / locking an account - how?

Hi guys, I've had a look around but could only find out how to wipe accounts. How can I add a single account of my choice to be locked / banned ? I've applied IP's int he block list but it's easy for people to just change their IP rendering this pointless. Would love some help asap pls Thanks a lot!

Yeah I used to just change passwords.

Think it's on LoginSrv or DBSrv

Don't you just put the account name inside DenyAccountList.txt ?

Thanks for all the replies guys! My DBServer wasn't showing the names to find accounts but found a way around this (They turned up when I searched for the names)
