Best DB Editor?

What is rated the best + simplist for using with 2.6 files please?
I am currently using DB Commander Pro 2000 but am getting errors all time lol.
Have followed Icemans guide to setting up but still nowt lol.
Using Vista so nothing new getting errors all time lol ^^

I have 2003 but Im in need of summit that will let me read the database files that contain the info for character names in relation to 2.6 files

Can any1 point me in the right direction as to which file I need to edit in which character ID's are saved?

Edit: No need for directions lmao a finally found the correct file and opened and edited using wordpad...shame its a bit messed up inside with all the dodgy symbols :s
Is there anyway to link this file to a table within access DB were it cud be edited from?

Edit the Character information by using the DBServer itself.

Open the DBServer.exe > Manage > Manage Data

Access works for me but mine 2000. Am sure you can find a crack of MO 2000. Google.
