i'm making a server with job maps, a lot of mobs 150-200k mobs

i don't have a pc to host it and i'll buy one, i would like to know what should i buy

i thought to buy an intel core 2 duo 2.6(x2) with 4-8gb ram

what you think?

PS: i can't spend a lot of money :P

does server work with a quad?

I think CruelDragon can use only 1 core - u can buy powerfull 1core procesor, stabil MOBO and SUPPLY, 3+GB RAM... (if you want put you server on Windows serwer u can buy more ram, if you want win xp i think the best is win XP (32bit) = max ~4GBram)

i know win xp (32bits) supports 4gb ram but i thought to install the 64bits SO

So dose this mean that i have to get a 1core procesor to run a mir3 server.
I have
xp sp2
amd athlon 64x2 dual core 5200+
2.83GHz, 2.00 GB ram ddr
as you can see by my posts i do a lot of looking insted of postin :-P

Think you can use a multiple core but make it run on 1 if that makes sense
