black screen after char select...?

as title says, ive just dl'd and installed mir 1.4, followed set up instructions for offline p server, managed to make an account and make a char but after clicking play, it just goes black and stays black! ne way of getting round this?

If your Notice dont show, its sommin to do with the notice....happens on many servers after a reboot but im not sure how to fix it =/

nothing to do with notice bud, u need to double check ur ini settings. if your running it offline (127.0.0.1) then u have to make sure evey ini settings is set to this.

well i had a problem wid notice loading once o.0, and it was all right in the ini's

ive been thru every file, checking them to make sure theyre the same as in the instructions, and they are, yet it still dont work

to my knowlege i have not edited the notice, all i changed was the start level/gold. what do u mean by closing before properly logged in?

where did you obtain your server files + r u using the mir.exe that came in the Client.zip file with ur server files?

It is an ini problem, use a serverlauncher > www.leocrasher.co.uk

i dl'd it, where do i extract it to? i put it in a new folder i made and it says its not correctly registerd, a file is missing. help!

check all the paths in the files are correct etc.... or better still try searching forum and you will find all your answers
