Black screen?

Well im helping my m8 host a server but as you go on your account and press start the screen just goes black... i dont have a clue what to do lol i put my firewall off and disabled norton but it still doesnt work, can anybody please tell me what ive got to do please?

This has to be the 29481656158945176 time this has been asked... Why cant people use that SEARCH Button for its only use... SEARCHING...
