What type of system are you running on? Whats your connection speed? Which file version are you looking to host ? Will the server creator have remote access? Will you require a team position / GM position?

Quite a lot of information you could have put in to save people the time asking it all.

well hes not advertising for a server, but certantly he is offering upcoming servers a chance for free hosting, so im geussing this is the best place to post it, as this is where it will be seen most.
