Can my computer run vista do you think?

Specs :

1.8Ghz
512MB
AMD Semprom(tm)

Yes it will run it but as im useing a pc the same i found that games lag a lot for me so i switched back to xp intill i build a new pc :)

yeah i found that out yest i installed the transform pack and it lagged a game that i go on

That's because of the graphics driver, not the UI.
Aero on and aero off shows no performance difference inside games.

I have Barton 2500+, 1GB Ram(runned vista with 512MB) system worked perfect, but Vista Aero wasn't activated by default, u can force it anytime lol :)). You can run it, but close most of the services.

i tried vista too, 1.8 ghz athlon 2800+ 1gb ram, but just only the problem of playing games. OpenGL system not working and illegal file will be deleted after upgrade from xp to vista.

Yeah it kinda sucks, it only slowed that with America's Army now im playing WarRock and thats not laggy so im going to stick with that :)
