ChangeJob and SETVIPTIME NPC problem King2009

Hi, I have two problems with NPC comands.

First:
[@change2]
#ACT
ACTCMD CHANGEJOB 0

And the errors say...

13:50:23:Script error at #ACT: "ACTCMD CHANGEJOB 0" line:30 :

I tried to change the 0 to War, but it doesn't work

And the second comand:

#ACT
ACTCMD SETVIPTIME 1
ACTCMD SETVIPLEVEL 5

the comand "ACTCMD SETVIPLEVEL 5" works well, but the "ACTCMD SETVIPTIME 1" takes me error.
