Checking loggs or so

I dont know how to check a few things ill list them below and if anyone could please let me know how to do these things, i would appreciate that very much.
1.Check chat loggs

2.Check to see if people have been using 3rd party programs "hax0r's ;o"

3.Also i dont know how to clear the rebirth stats, when i have restored to the Game3G database ( to wipe characters ) ive had to ask people to rename their characters as of this ;/

You mean resurection? Where you get new titles? I have a question about this. Are there an requirements before you can have rebirth? like lvl 50? or be part of student/master?
To delete the rebirth stats, clear the humplus table in crueldragondata database.
Chat logs are not recorded and so you cannot check them.
