Confused :(

Hey i got a problem


whenever i play mir i get these big lag spikes ever so often, its making it impossible to hunt / pvp etc

im on a network and my bro isnt lagging at all.

Weird thing is my p.c was fine antill i reformatted it.


Anyways if it was the network then i wudnt get spikes i wud just lag constantly, it cant be spyware or anythign cos p.c was reformated and is clean...

i downloaded the newest windows updates, still no luck


Any1 got any ideas please

when playing mir cpu usage is about 70% when i lag spike it stays the same, im guessing it may be my internet cos before i reformated i was on 1mb, since then i have been upgraded to 2mb.. had a few problems with em aswell at the start
