crueldragon problem

hello

looking for some assistance on crueldragon plz
when loading the server i get an error which is on screenshot

have been browseing the froums today trying to find a way of sorting this error but have failed. i found a thread which said delete the cd ini files this has been done and still got the same prob then it said look at the sql and odbc which are also correct test the odbc data and comes back sucseful
so im out of idears on how to fix.

make sure crueldragon3gbasedata does exist in your sql server.

this part does not use ODBC. it uses tcp/ip, so make sure firewall is not blocking it and you have setup sql server to listen on tcp/ip.

always use 127.0.0.1 for IP all the time (if you are using 1 computer to host everything)

hi thanks for replying
i have checked the tcp/ip and i beleave is enabled as screenies shows,
also crueldragon is in sql and can see all tables all items etc.
so still confused as to why this dosnt work.

did you try 127.0.0.1 yet?

one thing you can test with ODBC...
put the same information in ODBC and use the test connection button to see if ODBC can connect with that.

yes have tried that and could connect with odbc,
have changed the ip in crueldragon to 127.0.0.1

and have tried to launch again
i would be gratful if someone could connect to the pc via vnc and take a look as this is buggin me now.
