Custom Sounds in 3.55

OK, just wondering if anyone possibly knows the easiest way to make custom sounds in Mir.

Obv it's easy enough to convert mp3- wav sounds and rename them to match the sounds you wanna replace, but whats the best converter to use?

Also, do you have to change the .wes files to reflect the change of sounds?

if u rename it u must change nothing take the names from the old sounds and finish. the prob is that there are scripteditors out with sound edit but not 1 work for it (sound) .wes u have than to change nothing if u only rename
