d/c when surfing the web

Hey my mate whos on 56k ( poor guy) keeps dc'ing when he surfes the web, but its fine if he stays on msn or plays on mir

hes using firefox and atm am getting him to try loadsa diff stuff, but any1 else got any ideas on what the problem can be? and is thier any chance he can stop his 2 hour d/c or is there no way to by pass it?

ye it is 2 hours, i had it a couple of munths back but i got it upgraded by ntl world :agree:

shouldnt it give you a option to say online or diconnect at the 2hour limit and tbh its probably one of his family members pickin the fone up every so ofter when he get the instant cut off
