Delay between spells

Any help plz....

I am pretty sure that it is the Delay in the Magic.DB that determines the speed you can have between using a spell...I want to speed em up a bit so any help appreciated...

yea it is. Inside the Magic.DB there is a setting called Delay. Just lower it.
