Hey i was just looking around lomcn and found this, i was wondering if anyone could tell me why my laptop is abit slow, its running on vista with 4gb of ram and about 40% memory used up, its around 9 months old and its been fairly slow recently, running mir and other programmes,

any help would be apreciated

how much **** have u got on it u dont need ??

back up every thing u need and get it formatted and just put stuf on u need not just random spam u use once

Do a tidy up, Clear your cookies, Run mal ware scanner, Defrag ur harddrive, Uninstall any un-needed progs
