Development of a script which will act like every npc

Development of a script which have almost every npc commands e.g. bank,events, scroll exchange and much more.

when i mean by almost every npc i wont be able to put some npc commands on there because of some are in caves so there really no honest point.
Reason im posting it on here is to see if there is any special requests or anyone wants to comment on it or if there is anyone who would like to join in with the development.
