selegate problem

I have just tranfered all my server files over to a new server. The server company has a hardcore firewall and i have to tell them wat ports to open.

they say that sort 7100 is open (selegate)

but when ever i try to connect to the server, i can't get past the server select screen. It just sticks at legend of mir circle.

Is there another port that needs opening?

all the other gates are fine btw

you prob know this but

the ports that need to be open are 7000, 7100 , 7200

these are for: 7000 = logingate, 7100 = selgate, 7200 = gamegate

if the gate and the port have both been allowed to have internet traffic then i dont know whats stopping them, do you know what firewall they are running ?

Inspects your SelGate folder IP and DBserver.Loginsrv IP or thedocument way establishes whether correct

all the other ports are opening and working.

Not sure wat firewall they are using.

MY ip address has access to all ports, and i can log stright it, so it is a firewall setting.

Operates the server certainly to have to establish the good firewall,in the building the normal solution
