see everyone talking about it and a release of it, but wat is it exactly? a server?

a new set of server files that support many new things (more mob files, horses, wings ect.)

they are in the process of being translated

Like the set AlphaFrozen - this is the newest set and most new servers will be based around these files.

No it isnt, its an emulator.
EMULATOR=legend of mir 2 and 3 put together (legend of mir 2 graphics) with added slots and all the things 1.8 has.

i downloaded the one v0.3 thats posted on releases, installed it ran the boot thingy and all the gates open. went into the game but wont let me make a new account
