Run Mir2.exe from Client Folder with Data, Map And Wav Folders And Mir. ini or Mir2.ini.

Might want to update you're files, they look like the old Dm2 ones?

From that picture you running Mir2.exe from M2Server folder, show us a picture of you're client folder.
