Just a feq questions really, Why go for a DVD rom drive when for a little bit more you can get a 8x dvd writer all formats? May i suugest as price check:

That video card actually sucks pretty bad, and i would recommend these

and finally as for your cooling that won't work. I'm actually using that same cooler for my athlon XP which is the only things it supports. Remember you got a athlon 64, so therefore this is the nest best thing that doesnt weigh 20 pounds:
