laptops arnt made to run games. £600 is a waste of money when you can get a desktop easily twice that performance for £500.

is it an alienware laptop?

you do work at uni. you go home to play games.

dont waste money on a 'gaming' laptop, because it wont play what u want.

laptops are for internet and word.
desktops are for everything.

i got myself an xpc, mobility and performance. whoop.

Either way i know it'll perform well for what i'll be using the games for, it'll beable to play most games and do any word or internet with ease, and to beable to have a suitable spec to play games its an extra bonus.... and besides they retail at £2200 and it's 1/4 of price nearly.. bargain.

But the laptop he is on about, is a buisness laptop. They are not designed for gamming, but designed for heavy buisness use. IE: Designers.
