Getting who killed you / who kills you

Hi, want to make a new system that when you're killed by somebody, or when you kill somebody, save these names in a sql table and then show an statistics.

Any idea of how it can be done?

I think, you should use mapquest to know how many ppl die. But how read who killed somebody... I think you can only read it from logs, I know how to do it, but I cant because I'm not a programmer :P
PS. If you are GM of hispared, do you know how to limit guild members?

Do you want to limit the amount of members in a guild? I think that it isn't possible.

If anyone knows how to get what i've asked, please tell me something
