Thats because the server isn't fully loading. It can't get past loading your MapQuest.txt which means there's somthing wrong with it.

has dookie says it someing in ur mapquest.txt so open it up and got to line 14 thats were the error is most likly to be if not just delete them all out of there.

post a new pic of m2server running as first one says "no address specified" that would indicate an ip issue

are you running vista? with sql 2000 if so you need a sertant patch for sql.

ie go to options , general and check the ip details in there
